Pastor Jack Caron

Pastor Jack Caron joined our congregation in 2014 where he serves as our shepherd and spiritual leader.

Jack is a St. John Valley native who came to faith in Christ in 1988 at the age of eighteen through the outreach ministry of Mountain View Bible Church in Eagle Lake.  Shortly after his conversion, he began an enlistment in the U.S. Army where he served for a total of seven years. It was while stationed in Germany that the Lord called him to the ministry.  After an honorable discharge, Jack went on to train at New Brunswick Bible Institute in Canada where he received a Diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies and then on to Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies.  After being formally ordained as a minister of the Gospel in 1994 and marrying his college sweetheart, Sandra, the Carons went on to serve for a number of years as missionaries in the country of Ukraine. Additionally, Pastor Jack has also helped to shepherd several churches in the state of Maine, including the congregations of Fort Kent Bible Church, Faith Bible Church in Olamon and Passadumkeag Baptist Church.  He has also served on the faculty of New Brunswick Bible Institute.

Some of Pastor Jack’s other interests and regular activities include amateur radio (callsign W1AYX) and weather spotting for the National Weather Service’s SKYWARN program. He and his wife also enjoy getting out in the Maine woods or on one of the many local lakes and rivers.

The Carons, along with three of their children, reside here in Madawaska. They also have a daughter and son-in-law who live in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada.

  • Hello, my name is Ms. Damian and I am considering relocating to Madawaska from California. My brother owns property in Madawaska and has been unable to sell it. I am inquiring about your fellowship as I can live anywhere ( I think!) where there is a good loving fellowship. My religious affiliation was with Pastor Chuck Smith from Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa. Since he moved to our heavenly home, I’ve not really become grounded anywhere. Can you pass on info about your church? Thanx. Ms. Damian J.

    • Sorry it has taken so long to see this comment and reply to it. We would love to have you attend our fellowship if and when you move here. Our church has several families who are from a similar background (Calvary Chapel) as you. Our worship format is centered around going through the Bible and teaching verse upon verse, precept upon precept with the emphasis on Jesus Christ and salvation by faith in Him. If you would like to talk in more detail feel free to call me directly at: 207-290-5128. Pastor Jack
